Redding, CA – Dr. Paul Dhanuka, a stalwart of Redding’s medical community, has officially declared his candidacy for the Redding City Council. Alongside his wife, who is also a respected local physician, Dr. Dhanuka is proud of their three adult children, all of whom graduated from Redding high schools. He is the Medical Director at Redding Endoscopy Center and at Mercy Medical Center Endoscopy. Previously, he has held the position of Chief of Medical Staff at Mercy Medical Center and Shasta Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Dhanuka’s campaign is already gaining momentum, backed by a formidable lineup of local endorsements, including:

Dr. Paul Dhanuka also serves as the President of the North Valley Medical Association, and volunteers medical services to local military veterans and their families. He is an Assistant Professor at the UC Davis School of Medicine and California University of Science & Medicine.
Both Paul and his wife are active members of their church community. Dr. Dhanuka is commited to our community, serving on the Board of Regents for the Turtle Bay Exploration Park, the Shasta County Public Health Advisory Board, and the Simpson University Community Advisory Council. In his leisure time, he enjoys the outdoors, sport shooting, and fishing.
